Please join us for our inaugural soil spectroscopy webinar featuring Dr. Alexandre Wadoux from the University of Sydney, Australia (Tuesday, April 27 2021, 7 pm EDT). Dr. Wadoux has made important contributions to nearly several aspects of pedometrics. In recognition of these early career contributions, Dr. Wadoux was just awarded the Margaret Oliver Award by the Pedometrics Commission of the International Union of Soil Scientists. Dr. Wadoux will give an overview of how soil spectroscopy is used to make predictions of soil properties drawing from his new text book, Soil Spectral Inference with R.
